1. Availability of Products

All products shown on this website are available for pick up at Strawberry Arena. The pick up location is between entrance G & H, opposite Gate 1. Product stock will be allocated for all confirmed orders.

2. Collection Process

Before checking out, the customer must choose a date to collect their order from the pick up stand. The customer must bring their order confirmation, name or email address used at checkout when collecting their order.

3. Order Confirmation and Notification

Once the customer has placed an order, they will receive a confirmation email that includes their chosen date for collection at Strawberry Arena. This is followed by an email confirming the products have been collected once the order has been fulfilled.

5. Uncollected Orders

All orders that are not collected during the operational hours will be cancelled from Tuesday, 11th August 2026. We are not able to facilitate a delivery service for home delivery during this time or after the event for all orders.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to stock demands and stock allocating for click and collect orders, it is unlikely that we can offer an exchange or order adjustments. The customer should thoroughly review their order before purchasing. Customers are advised to buy merchandise from the main stands if they are unsure what sizes to buy on this website.
