Do I have to select a pick up day?

Yes. The pick up day is mandatory in the cart – you cannot proceed to checkout without selecting one. This makes sure your order is ready for you on the right day. 

I did not receive a confirmation email. What now?

It is possible that the confirmation email does not load correctly, especially in a busy area. Try opening the email again. If that does not work, you can still collect your order by giving us your name, your order number or email address used at checkout.

Can I exchange sizes at click & collect?

In most cases exchanges are not possible at click & collect. Not sure which size you need? Then buy your merchandise at one of our regular merchandise stands where you can check the sizes on site.

What happens if I do not collect my order?

If you cannot collect your order, please contact us. We will refund the amount to your account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver the items to your home address. 

Is there more merchandise at the other stands?

You can pre-order a selection of the available merchandise. More products will be available at our regular merchandise stands.
